With the news of the pandemic COVID-19 spreading, we believe that it is our duty as a part of this community, to help flatten the curve by limiting the exposure of our clients along with our staff. We have already made modifications to our hospital policies and procedures. We are reassessing our policies and hospital hours daily as this global situation is evolving. Please contact us to find out more about our current hospital hours and examination procedures. We are recommending that all clients download the PetDesk App. This application allows you to send pictures and messages to us, request appointments, request prescription refills. To download this app in the App store on your smart phone. You must use the contact name and email address of who we have on file in our system in order to properly connect with us.
Currently, we are implementing the following measures:
· We are trying to minimize the number of people in the clinic. We ask that you please contact us from the parking lot when you arrive. The number of phone calls coming into the clinics are higher than average, if you receive a busy signal please have patience with us and keep trying we will get to you as soon as possible. A technician will then come out and direct you into one of our 2 entryways to take a brief history on your pet and after that the the technician will take your pet to the doctor while you return to your car and wait in the parking lot while the doctor does her exam. She will then call you with her findings and recommendations and the technician will return your pet to you through the same door that your pet was brought into the hospital.
· All payments will be taken over the phone via credit card.
· If you are picking up medications or food, we ask that you pay for these items over the phone. When you arrive for pick up, please call us that you are here and a staff member will carry the items out to you. We are encouraging the use of our online Hill's to Home for you to receive your pet's food. Please contact us for further questions and guidance on where to order your pet's prescription food.

They are the best! The Dr. made sure Georgie was ok- she was totally stressed, my fault, and breathing through her mouth. Cats don't do that. I love these people!!! They treat me as gentle as they treat my cats. You need to bring your "babies" here. Bigger testimony- when I tell people I love my vet; they are amazed. Feeling gratitude my "family" is safe in their hands.
